1890s Victorian Renovation, Chestnut Hill, PA

Overview

Originally a Victorian and somewhat converted in the 1960s to a hybrid of french colonial design, this historic home needed a renovation that could unify its various histories and update the family spaces for modern living. The renovation sought to marry the old and new with a return to some historic elements, while creating fresh, elegant, and simple new take on the entry, dining and living spaces.
