Melinda Kelson O’Connor Design

Mindy O’Connor is the principal of Melinda Kelson O’Connor Design, LLC, a Philadelphia-based architecture and interiors studio. She offers a thoughtful approach to the needs and wishes of her clients and the inherent potential of the architecture they live in. Crafting simple and elegant design solutions, Mindy uses concise design moves to have the largest effect. Mindy’s background and experience in built designs is also grounded in her mindfulness toward sustainability. Her recent work encompasses a range of residential architecture and interiors in the Philadelphia area and beyond.

A Registered Architect in Pennsylvania, and LEED Accredited Professional, Mindy received her Master of Architecture degree from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Design of the Environment, from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Jill Porter, Architect, and Mindy O’Connor are frequent collaborators offering the combined expertise of two independent firms in one.
